1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 007bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 007bet website located at https://007bet.xyz, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and support facilities made available through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, by logging in to an existing 007bet account, or by using any feature of the platform without a registered account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted every provision of this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and must not attempt to register or access any part of 007bet.

007bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active 007bet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each player may hold only one registered account on 007bet. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same mobile number, same identity documents, same device, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud. 007bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any balance pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to notify 007bet of any material changes to your registration details promptly by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of this Agreement.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 007bet login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances, including friends, family members, or third-party betting agents.

• All activity carried out under your 007bet account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 007bet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 007bet immediately at [email protected].
• 007bet will never contact you by WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, or email to request your password. Any such contact is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to access, play, or interact with the 007bet platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on 007bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 007bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

007bet offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer on the 007bet promotions page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotions page at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• 007bet reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of an error in the bonus calculation.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance and associated pending wagering requirement not completed before the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Depositing solely to claim a bonus and then withdrawing without genuine gameplay intent constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account suspension.

6. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Disputes

All games and betting markets on 007bet are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sports data provider. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing any bet or wager. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund or dispute resolution in your favour.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be amended or cancelled. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference issued, the transaction is final.
• In the event of a technical error — including server disconnection, game crash, or display malfunction — 007bet reserves the right to void affected rounds and return staked amounts. Winnings generated during a demonstrable technical error will not be paid.
• 007bet uses independently audited random number generators (RNGs) for all casino games. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are maintained by the relevant game studio and are available on request.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.). Results subsequently amended by the governing body after initial settlement will result in bet recalculation at 007bet's discretion.
• Any suspicion of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corrupt activity associated with a market will result in that market being voided and all associated bets returned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 007bet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to generate profit.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, false identity documents, or stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 007bet staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Privacy and Data Protection
